We have all experienced different traumas in our lives, some way more than others but all traumas weather big or small leave a lasting impact on our souls, on our minds, and effect how we view the world. This service will take you back to around the time of the trauma so that we can do the inner work to heal and move on from it. It's a safe way of heading back we don't have to relive the trauma and can visit the person you were just after and do the energy work needed at that point to release the trauma. We will be working with Higher Self and any Spirt Guides that want to assist, to release the pain, fear, anxieties that are ready to be released. This is a guided meditation done over the phone from the comfort of your home, this allows you to relax in a safe and comfortable environment, not feeling as if you are being watched, or in a strange place, I have found that by doing it this way clients are able to go much deeper into the experience and get a lot more out of it.
